Meet the Attorneys

Victoria A. Ferraro

Victoria has been working with the individual and corporate client in the areas of consumer and commercial bankruptcy and civil and corporate litigation, collections, repossessions, foreclosure, and domestic relations for more than 20 years. Ms. Ferraro began her legal career in East Tennessee, and moved to Nashville in 2002 to join this firm as an associate, when the firm was then known as Williams & Prochaska, P.C. Ms. Ferraro’s successes lead her to be asked to become a firm shareholder in 2009, and she then transitioned to majority owner and Managing Member in 2019.

Personal

A Tennessee native, Ms. Ferraro loves being outside enjoying our beautiful State, but her first love and priority in life is her family. Ms. Ferraro knows that her family’s success can only be accomplished through the successes of her clients. The love she maintains for her clients, and her drive to see them succeed, guides her law practice, and she handles every client file with the same zealousness and understanding that she would for someone in her family.
