Anna recently celebrated her 25th anniversary with the firm.  She is originally from Jackson, Tennessee, and moved to Nashville to attend college at Belmont University. Upon receipt of her B.A. from Belmont, Anna’s first job after graduation was with the firm in 1996, when the firm was then known as Williams & Prochaska, P.C. As the firm’s longest-tenured employee, she is Managing Paralegal and Office Manager. Anna’s duties include intake and review of all new cases that come into the firm, drafting and filing initial bankruptcy and collection pleadings, docketing, and ensuring that files are properly prepared for the attorneys at each stage of the case. Additionally, she oversees client billing and accounts receivables and payables, as well as collection payment intake and distribution.
